WHAT WE ARE

Bamari Event Planning is an LLC owned and operated by John & Abbigail Adkins. Bamari Event Planning is registered as an LLC under the Secretary of State for Mississippi and is legally able to operate in the state of Mississippi. All official clients of Bamari Event Planning have been made aware of all policies and procedures that the company abides by and are under a contractual agreement to abide by all statements set forth in the agreement signed by both the client and Bamari Event Planning.

OUR COMMITMENT

Bamari Event Planning is committed to delivering exceptional service through the planning, coordination, design, and implementation of all aspects agreed upon by the provided event planner who is a official employee of Bamari Event Planning and the client who has reached out to Bamari Event Planning and requested their services in exchange for monetary value.

Legal Contracts

Bamari Event Planning and the client shall enter into a legally binding contract upon the decision to move forward with the curation or full consultation of an event. The contract shall outline all agreements that the client and Bamari Event Planning are entering into, including but not limited to all the Terms and Conditions as laid out here. Services will not be provided to the client by Bamari Event Planning until a contract has been agreed upon and signed by both the client and Bamari Event Planning.

Our Financial agreement

All fees are to be paid in full by the client. The minimum payment due to book any planning packages is 1/3 of the full quoted amount. This retainer is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bamari Event Planning. The minimum payment due to book any rentals is 1/2 of the full quoted amount. This retainer is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bamari Event Planning. Additional payments are outlined in the contract & are due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. All invoices & payments due will be received via email.

Cancellation

Should the client choose to cancel their event and agreement 60 days or less from the time it is scheduled the client agrees to pay 2/3 of the original agreed upon payment to Bamari Event Planning in addition to any and all cancellation fees required by 3rd parties or vendors.

Should the client choose to cancel their event and agreement prior to the time the 2nd payment is due (date is calculated as midway point between the start date & end date of this contract) the client agrees to pay 1/3 of the original agreed upon payment to Bamari Event Planning in addition to any and all cancellation fees required by 3rd parties or vendors.
