Coastal Bloom is an annual styled shoot event co-produced by Abbi Adkins of Bamari Event Planning & Katie Harris of Bohemian Gypsy Florals, bringing together a curated team of Gulf Coast wedding vendors & media professionals for a fully styled, multi-concept shoot experience.

This year's concepts:

Purple Reign Moody. Luxe. Dramatic. A fully dressed ceremony altar in deep plum & periwinkle with velvet florals, dramatic drapery & candlelight.

Pink & Pistache Sun-drenched. Abundant. Garden-fresh. A lush garden party reception tablescape layered with pinks & pistachio green, fresh fruit, tapered candles & full place settings.

Ivory Tide Understated. Inherited. Effortless. A coastal old money cocktail hour featuring an oyster display, champagne tower & pearl details in whites & ivories.

What's Included:

• Full shoot day access across all three concepts

• Your own image gallery for portfolio & marketing use

Dress in white. Dine under the open coastal sky. Create a table experience uniquely your own while enjoying live entertainment, community connection, & an unforgettable summer evening on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

This private, ticketed event blends luxury picnic culture with elevated community gathering, all in support of a meaningful local nonprofit initiative.

Limited tickets available. Ages 18+ only.

About the experience

Dinner in White is a thoughtfully curated outdoor dining experience where guests transform a shared greenspace into a visually stunning evening of all-white tablescapes, fashion, food, & celebration.

Guests bring their own:

• Tables & chairs

• Dinnerware & décor

• Food & beverages

• Luxury picnic styling elements

Once setup is complete, guests enjoy:

A majority of proceeds directly benefit Prepare HER Now, supporting programs dedicated to preparing girls ages 8-18 for womanhood & equipping caregivers with supportive resources.

Important Event Guidelines

To preserve the elevated aesthetic of Dinner in White, all guests are required to follow event standards.

Required

• White attire required

• White tablescape décor required

• Real dinnerware, glassware, flatware, & cloth napkins required

• Guests must bring their own tables, chairs, food, drinks, décor, & ice (rental tables, chairs, & tablecloth available at ticket checkout)

• Guests must remove all trash & belongings upon exit

Not Permitted

• Plastic plates, cups, or cutlery

• Paper products

• Open flames

• Onsite cooking

• Excessive noise or speakers

• Large visible storage items during dinner

Beverage Policy

• Non-alcoholic beverages permitted

• One bottle of wine permitted per two guests ages 21+

• IDs may be checked at entry
